01/07/16 - C Garth Gerhart, who ended the season on the Browns' practice squad, was signed to a future contract for 2016 by the Browns Monday (Jan. 4).
11/10/15 - OL Garth Gerhart was signed by the Browns to their practice squad Monday (Nov. 9). Gerhart is 6-1, 310 pounds and officially in his second NFL season out of Arizona State. He re-joins the Browns after initially signing with the club as an undrafted free agent in 2012 and spent that season on the club's practice squad. He also spent the first four weeks on Cleveland's practice squad this season. Gerhart appeared in two games with the Packers last season.
10/07/15 - C Garth Gerhart had his practice-squad contract terminated by the Browns Tuesday (Oct. 6).
09/07/15 - C Garth Gerhart was waived by the Packers Saturday (Sept. 5) in the cutdown to 53 players and signed to the Browns' practice squad Monday.

The 6-foot-1, 310-pound Gerhart spent the entire regular season on the practice squad of the Cleveland Browns, who signed him as an undrafted rookie last spring. Gerhart started 35 games in college at Arizona State.
