DT Ndamukong Suh got some of the Browns riled up after he performed this trio of moves on quarterback Jake Delhomme -- he face-masked him, horse-collared him and then threw him to the ground. The Browns petitioned the league to get Suh fined or suspended. Suh wasn't in the mood to apologize: "It's not my job to worry about whether I hit a guy too hard or not. I can't change the way I play. If I do, then I am doing a disservice to my teammates."

LB DeAndre Levy could miss the regular-season opener with a pulled groin muscle. Levy has been out of action with a back injury but returned to play against the Browns.

DT Ndamukong Suh should be suspended for his facemask penalty against the Browns in the opinion of Cleveland No. 2 quarterback Seneca Wallace. Suh had his most productive game Saturday against the Browns. He had two tackles, one for a loss, and he batted down a pass. He also almost tore quarterback Jake Delhomme's head off, throwing him down by the facemask. "You don't want to do anything to curb his aggressiveness," coach Jim Schwartz said with a wry smile. "But, seriously, there are things are different here than in college. He can't do that here." Coach Eric Mangini of the Browns said he'll ask the league to review the play.

LB Rocky Boiman is likely to sign with the Lions. Boiman played for coach Jim Schwartz, who has his defensive coordinator in Tennessee, and also played for current defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham.

DT Ndamukong Suh was involved in a car accident Thursday night in Royal Oak, Mich., but he wasn't injured, WWJ-950 radio in Detroit reported. Suh is expected to play in Saturday's game at Denver. Suh's car was hit by the vehicle of a woman attempting to make a turn when she struck Suh's vehicle. The woman suffered minor injuries.
