Nov 17 2009 - Brady Quinn QB Brady Quinn was given little more than a junior high school offense to run Monday night against Baltimore. Most plays consisted of quick rollouts and four-to-five yard passes. It's the main reason he threw for 99 yards on 31 passes.
Quinn drew the ire of the Ravens for inexplicably going low and hitting Terrell Suggs in the knees while the Ravens were returning an interception. Quinn said he thought he was making a tackle, and apologized profusely after the game. But Suggs limped off with a sprained knee and could miss another month. The Ravens were quite angry about the play, which was a blatant cheap shot. To his credit, Quinn apologized. He does not seem like a player who would ever try to hurt another, but he probably will hear from the league about this hit.
"I couldn't be more sorry," he said.

Edwards was running to get into the play, and he collided with Cribbs, who was not looking. Cribbs was strapped to a board and carted off, but teammates said he was moving all his limbs and joking while being treated. "We don't know the extent of the injury, but at the same time we think he will be all right," said TE Robert Royal.

Nov 10 2009 - Jerome Harrison RB Jerome Harrison continues to struggle to find a niche. Harrison can run, and his quickness and elusiveness allow him to do something with a pass after the reception. But his blocking and pass protection are so weak the Browns can't justify keeping him on the field.
Nov 10 2009 - Derek Anderson QB Derek Anderson played so poorly as the starter it's hard to explain. Anderson's 36.2 rating is historically low, and his completion percentage of 42.9 was high schoolish. Anderson was not surrounded by playmakers, but he sure didn't help himself. He is expected to lose his starting job Monday night to Brady Quinn, who started the first three games.
