UPDATES

Week 8: DNP — Georgia had its bye week.

Week 7: Surely, Stackhouse draws a lot of attention from opposing offensive coordinators, but the top-ranked tackle continues to be shut out as a pass rusher. For the fourth straight game — Georgia's 37-20 win over Vanderbilt — and six of the Bulldogs' seven contests, Stackhouse failed to register a sack or QB pressure. Having said that, Stackhouse did play just 18 snaps. — JH

Week 6: Playing 30 total snaps, Stackhouse again failed to mount any pressure as a pass rusher, though he did bat down a pass. Georgia smacked Kentucky, 51-13. The big DT did not register a tackle. — JH

Week 5: In No. 1 Georgia's 27-20 win over Auburn, Stackhouse was in on three tackles. His snap count went up dramatically to 37 total snaps. (His previous season high was 24.) — JH

Week 4: Stackhouse recorded one assisted tackle in Georgia's 49-21 rout of UAB. He was blanked as a pass rusher — no sacks or pressures. — JH

Week 3: In the Bulldogs' 24-14 victory over South Carolina, Stackhouse had his best day as a pass rusher, recording a sack in the first half of Gamecocks' QB Spencer Rattler. He also recorded one tackle on a running play. The DT's snap count (23) was his most work of the still young season. — JH

Week 2: In Georgia's 45-3 drubbing of Ball State, Stackhouse played 15 snaps, six against the run and eight plays rushing the passer. — JH

Week 1: In 17 total snaps, Stackhouse had one assisted tackle as the defending national champs opened the 2023 season by walloping University of Tennessee Martin, 48-7. He didn't have much of a presence as a pass rusher, as he failed to record a QB pressure. — JH
