2022 – Played in all 12 games and started 11 contests … had 86 stops, three TFL for -7 yards, three forced fumbles, five PBUs, one INT and one fumble recovery …had four double-digit tackle games … totaled 11 tackles, including 10 solos vs. USF … tied his career-high with 13 tackles, and added one PBU and had his first career INT for a 23-yard return vs. #19 Tulane … had eight stops at Temple … totaled his second 10-tackle game of the season at Navy and added 1.5 TFL for -3 yards and one forced fumble … had six stops and one PBU vs. Cincinnati … also had 10 stops and added one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one PBU vs. #13 Ole Miss … had five stops and caused one fumble vs. JAX State … tallied seven stops and one TFL for -2 yards at Wyoming. 

 

2021 – Played in six games and started five contests … missed the final seven games with a season-ending injury … had 33 tackles, one sack and one forced fumble …  had a career-high 13 tackles in the season opener against UC Davis … tallied four stops, all solos, at Oklahoma State … had six tackles, one sack for -7 yards and one forced fumble, all in the second half, at No. 9-ranked Ohio State … missed the first half of the Ohio State game due to a targeting call a week earlier … totaled six stops vs. Arkansas State. 

 

2020 – Played and started in all 9 games … led the team with 63 tackles and seven pass breakups … earned honorable mention all-AAC honors … ranked 10th in the AAC for passes defended and 12th for total tackles …had two double-figure tackle games … made his first career start in the 2020 season opener at #11 Oklahoma State and tallied 11 tackles, all solos … had his next double-digit tackle game with 10 stops and one pass breakup against Tulane … had seven stops and one pass breakup at #11 UCF … had four stops, all solos, one TFL for -2 yards and one pass breakups at USF … compiled nine stops, including seven solos, and added two pass breakups against East Carolina … had 5 tackles and one pass breakup in the AAC Championship game at #6 Cincinnati … tallied six stops at Navy … also recorded six stops and one pass breakup against Mississippi State in the Armed Forces Bowl.  

 

2019 – Played in all 12 games … recorded 40 tackles, 1.5 stops for -2 yards, three fumble recoveries and one pass break-up … had four tackles in his first collegiate playing time at Michigan State in the season opener … had a career-high with his first double-digit tackle game of 12 stops at Tulane … totaled five tackles in back-to-back games against #23 Cincinnati and #25 Memphis … was credited with four stops at East Carolina … had three tackles and one TFL for -2 yards vs. Houston … totaled two stops and one fumble recovery in the UCF game … had two tackles and recovered an onside kick fumble at the one-yard line to score a touchdown at SMU … also tallied two stops and one PBU vs. Wyoming. 

 

2018 – Was one of several true freshmen to sit out the season due to redshirt status. 

 

 

 

HIGH SCHOOL –?Was a two-year starter at Brenham High School, where he played quarterback… completed 105-of-219 passes for 1,598 yards and 16 touchdowns, while rushing for 1,953 yards, a 6.7 average and 19 TDs in his two years … threw for 1,039 yards and 11 touchdowns and rushed for another 1,163 yards and 11 TDs his senior season … high school coach was Glen West.
