Latavius Murray

KR/ST, RB · Central Florida
Murray wasn't invited to the scouting combine, but began generating a lot of buzz after running a reported 4.38 seconds in the 40-yard dash at his Pro Day to go along with a 10-foot-4 broad jump and a 36-inch vertical jump. Impressive numbers for a back who stands 6-feet-3 and 223 pounds. He wasn't unknown to NFL scouts, who had an opportunity to watch Murray at the Texas vs. The Nation all-star game in January. That invitation came on the heels of a college career that saw him leave the Knights second in program history with 44 touchdown, eighth in rushing attempts (453), sixth in yards (2,424) and third in rushing touchdowns (37). Murray also didn't lose a single fumble in his final 407 career carries, and his only fumble came as a freshman in 2008.

Pro Days: Ran the 40-yard dash in 4.40 and 4.38 seconds. He had a 10-foot-4 broad jump and a 36-inch vertical jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.36 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.81 seconds. He also performed 22 lifts of 225 pounds on the bench press. (NFL.com)
