College Note - Clemson Ruke Orhorhoro
Orange and white were still the primary jersey colors as Clemson football opened spring practice on March 6. But another color - yellow - was prominently featured. For the second spring in a row, Clemson coach Dabo Swinney's pre-practice press conference included a long rundown of players who will be limited participants in yellow jerseys.
That includes defensive tackles Ruke Orhorhoro and Payton Page, who are recovering from shoulder injuries. Receivers Beaux Collins (shoulder) and Adam Randall (knee) are also on the mend, along with offensive lineman Walker Parks (ankle) and Marcus Tate (knee). "Definitely wish I had them out there, but they aren't gonna hand out any trophies this spring," Swinney said.
