LB Vontarrius Dora was signed by the Cardinals to their practice squad Thursday (Nov. 22). He had been waived by the Cardinals Tuesday. DT Justin Ellis was designated for return from reserve/injured by the Raiders Thursday (Nov. 22). He is eligible to be activated to play immediately, but can practice for a maximum of 21 days.
